An Inaugural award was presented to Swiss Wine Festival board members along with Suzanne Rayls in honor of Kirk Works for his hard work and dedication. Presenting the award was Gale Gerber member of the Indiana State Festival Association .

Suzanne Rayls, Andy Truitt, and Tom Dawson along with other colleagues attended the 2019 Indiana State Festival Association Convention held in Indianapolis, Indiana. Workshops, roundtable discussions and seminars were held along with several awards given. Last night ended with the Scholarship Pageant where 20 lovely ladies competed for scholarship money and the title of 2019 ISFA Queen! Congratulations to the winner, Madison Millick from the Linton Freedom Festival !

Earn Money for your Switzerland County Non-Profit Organization! Temporary bartenders and ticket sellers needed for the 2018 Swiss Wine Festival. Earn $15 per hour for your organization. Must be 21 years of age. Workers are needed for the Beer Garden and Craft Beer areas. To request an application, email [email protected] OR pick up an application at the Visitors Center on Main Street OR the Festival Office on Pike Street.

There were some excellent keynote speakers and great topics of discussion. Lunch was served while being entertained by Indy Hula. Volunteers were called on from the audience .
